You can select multiple items from each list by holding down the Ctrl (Mac: command) key while left-clicking each item. You can deselect items the same way.

For best results, select a specific type to work from, and use the "items containing all terms" option to limit your search. Otherwise you may get a surprising amount of content that you don't want.
